A total of 18 suspects have been arrested in connection with Sunday’s bloody rival cult clash that claimed four lives and left several others injured in Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State.
The Police Public Relations Officer of the Command, Catherine Anene, who confirmed this in a brief chat, said the investigation into the matter was ongoing.

The suspected cult members were said to have also gone from street to street, setting ablaze nine houses that were linked to the rival members.
Anene, however, said the town is calm at the moment.
