Two suspected kidnappers have been arrested by policemen attached to the Eagle Net patrol team in Warri, Delta State.
The suspects both male, were arrested by the police along the popular Effurun roundabout in Warri, when they were about being lynched by an angry crowd for kidnapping a seventeen year old boy the previous day.
Upon interrogation, the suspects led the police to their hideout where the victim was rescued.

In another development, operatives attached to Dragon 26 and Dragon 29, while on stop and search duty along Warri/Sapele Expressway, intercepted a commercial vehicle, where a passenger was discovered to be in possession of a locally made cut to size gun loaded with two live cartridges.
The police command in a statement said investigations are ongoing, adding that all criminals arrested will be prosecuted.
