The Chairman of the Forum Of Parents of Abducted Federal Government College Birnin Yauri Girls, Salim Ka’oji has confirmed the release of the two remaining girls being held by bandits.
Ka’oji explained that they were on their way out of the bush. to Birnin Kebbi, the Kebbi State capital, where the girls will be handed over to the state government.

96 students from the Federal Government College Birnin Yauri were abducted on 17 June 2021.
The majority of the students were released by the bandits in batches.
