PDP/ Atiku

No fewer than 1,700 House of Representatives aspirants under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, who failed to pick their party’s ticket have thrown their weight behind Atiku Abubakar, the PDP Presidential Candidate.

The Reps Aspirants’ Forum which met in Kaduna, also trained mobilizers on how to conduct themselves, and monitor the 2023 General Elections.

They are men and women who had aspired to represent their Federal Constituencies at the National Assembly but failed to get their party’s ticket during the party’s primaries.

They have now come together under one umbrella to manage their grievances during the primaries and to channel their energies and galvanise support towards the success of the Atiku/Okowa ticket.

Beginning from Kaduna, Northwest Nigeria, the forum will embark on a structured unit-to-unit campaign across the country to achieve its goal.

They are also training some of the party’s grass-root mobilizers and canvassers on how to conduct themselves and monitor the elections.

The Reps Aspirants’ Forum plan to hold this meeting in other geopolitical zones in the country before the end of the campaigns.
