The Niger Delta development commission NDDC, says the 2024 Niger Delta summit will assist stakeholders to galvanize ideas for the socio-economic transformation of the region.
The managing director of the NDDC, Samuel ogboku stated this during a world press conference in port Harcourt.
The Managing director of the NDDC Samuel Ogbuku on arrival at the venue of the world press conference with other executive directors of the NDDC, said the world press conference was to call on the people of Niger Delta region and the critical stakeholders in the Developmet of the region to play their part by providing positive ideas on issues affecting the region
He said the resolution from the Niger Delta stakeholders summit will be used to implement policies and programmes that would impact positively on the people of the oil rich region.
The theme for the Niger Delta stakeholders summit is “Renewed hope for sustainable development of the Niger Delta region”.
