Seven kidnapped victims, including three minors, have regained freedom in Zamfara State.
The minors are said to be between the ages of ten months and two years and have been in captivity for three and a half months.
The victims were rescued from the bandits’ camp where the 279 abducted Jangebe school girls were taken to.
Among them is the father of one of the students of the Government Girls Science Secondary School Jangebe, that were abducted on the 26th of February, and released on the 2nd of March.
Another abducted person, a nursing mother, whose baby is a little over a year old said, they were with the bandits throughout the cold season without a blanket to cover their minors.

Zamfara State Commissioner for Security and Home Affairs, Abubakar Dauran said, the state government secured their release without paying ransom.
The Chief of Staff, Government House, Colonel Bala Mande retired, received the kidnap victims on behalf of Governor Bello Mohammed.
He said security operatives will move against recalcitrant bandits who refuse to embrace the state government’s amnesty offer.
