33 states in Nigeria now have Coronavirus cases

Four more states including Bayelsa, Ebonyi, Kebbi and Taraba have recorded their first Coronavirus infections as Nigeria now has 1,273 confirmed cases in 33 states and the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC have confirmed 91 new Coronavirus cases with 43 in Lagos,
8 in Sokoto, 6 in Taraba, 5 each in Kaduna and Gombe.

The others are 3 each in Ondo, FCT, Edo, Oyo, Rivers and Bauchi; 2 in Osun and 1 each in Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Ebonyi, Kebbi

Meanwhile, the number of deaths has risen to 40 following 5 new fatalities.

There are 17 additional patients who have been successfully treated of Coronavirus infection with the number of discharged cases now 239
