The Kaduna State Government has made a donation of 150 operational vehicles and 500 motorcycles, to enhance the safety of the lives and property of citizens.
Governor Uba Sani, made the donation as part of activities to mark his administration’s first year in office.
The inauguration of these 150 operational vehicles and 500 motorcycles is part of efforts by the Kaduna State Government to foster collaboration and support security agencies in addressing security challenges.
The Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, expressed his gratitude to the Kaduna State government for supporting the military in tackling insecurity.
He emphasised that the vehicles will significantly enhance operational efficiency.
Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State reiterated that the safety and security of citizens remain a top priority for his administration.
He noted that the initiative aims to empower security personnel.
Governor Sani also announced the renaming of a conference hall in honour of Lieutenant Colonel AH Ali, the Commanding Officer of the 198 Special Forces, recognising his contributions to the security of Kaduna State.
