778 family members of dislodged terrorists in Nasarawa relocate to 17 states

Nasarawa

The Nasarawa State Government is relocating over 778 women and children to 17 states. They are all family members of the terrorists involved in kidnapping and banditry recently dislodged by security operatives in Toto LGA.

The 17 states include Kano, Katsina, Adamawa, Kwara, Bauchi, Niger, Sokoto , Kogi and Borno. Others are Kaduna , Zamfara, Kebbi, Gombe, Jigawa, Yobe, Nasarawa and FCT Abuja.

State Deputy Governor Emmanuel Akabe speaking in Lafia the state capital said the decision of the State Government is to nip in the bud emerging security threat in the State.
