The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Farouq, made this known during the disbursement of the Federal Government cash grants for 9,925 vulnerable groups in Kano State.

The 9,925 beneficiaries are drawn from the 44 local government areas of Kano State, with a significant consideration for women and those with special needs, including persons with disability.
