Embattled Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki has officially declared for Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. Governor Obaseki made the declaration at the PDP State Secretariat in Benin City, the state capital.
Obaseki says he fully understands implications of the step he is taking and will provide quality leadership for the party.
Obaseki resigned his membership of APC on Friday to seek reelection on platform of another party. He was disqualified by APC from participating in the Party’s governorship election.
