Governor Obaseki disclosed that one of the warehouses had food reserve for emergencies.

The Minister of Health noted that assessment of the damage done had to be carried out to ascertain the next step to take.

Commissioner of Police, Edo Command, Johnson Kokumo revealed that deployment of security personnel was made early enough but had to check themselves to avoid casualties. He says arrests have been made.
