The Rivers State Commissioner of Police, Olatunji Disu, says he has beefed up security across the twenty-three local government areas, (LGAs) of the state to forestall any possible breakdown of law and order, over the perceived crisis of the alleged refusal of local government chairmen, whose tenures have expired to leave office.
