President Bola Tinubu says greater investment in primary healthcare, maternal and child health, education, literacy, youth skills development and enterprise will improve the wellbeing of millions of Nigerians, particularly in underserved communities.
The government says strengthening health systems, empowering families and equipping healthcare workers remain key to improving health outcomes and building more resilient communities.
It adds that sustained community-based interventions, disease prevention, health education and greater citizen participation will play a vital role in reducing preventable illnesses and improving the quality of life for vulnerable populations across the country.
