Key players in Nigeria’s Basic Education sub-sector, have started working to address the alarm raised by UNICEF, that about seventy percent of pupils are not learning.
While some advocate teaching at the right level will not only encourage learning, others say it will help to keep children in school, thereby addressing out-of-school challenge.
It is more difficult under dilapidated infrastructure, poor Instructional materials and unqualified teachers.

With such conferences to address learning gaps in Nigeria, hopes may be rising for parents and communities, whose children hitherto contemplate dropping out of school
Many insists that government should also provide the enabling environment
