The Police in Kogi State has confirmed the release of 16 travellers kidnapped four days ago along the Inele-Eteke- Ogugu new road in the Olamaboro Local Government Area of Kogi State.
The Kogi State Commissioner of Police, Bethrand Onuoha, confirmed the release of all 16 travellers to Journalists in Lokoja on Thursday, through , the Command’s Public Relations Officer, Williams Ovye-Aya.
The victims were traveling in buses belonging to God is Good Motors with 13 passengers and ABC transport with 3 passengers, when they were attacked and abducted.
