National President of the Youth Council Of Pan Yoruba Socio Cultural Group, Afenifere, Eniola Olajuni

The National President of the Youth Council Of Pan Yoruba Socio Cultural Group, Afenifere, Eniola Olajuni who was abducted along Kogi–Abuja highway has been released.

News of his release was disclosed to AIT on Saturday evening by Afenifere Youth Council National Secretary, Abiodun Aderonru.

In a video shared with AIT, Eniola said he was released at Ibilo in Edo State.

Ojajuni was abducted on his way to a meeting in the Nigeria capital.

The kidnappers had given a 3 PM deadline last Monday to receive a 100 million naira ransom on his head.

AIT NEWS cannot confirm if the Afenifere National Youth Council President was rescued by security operatives or freed after the ransom was paid.
