The abducted wife of a staff of the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET), at the Heipang Airport in Plateau State, Victoria Rabo, has regained her freedom.
Plateau State Commissioner of Police, Edward Egbuka, who confirmed her release, said the victim was released by her abductors on Friday, March 26, at about 8pm.
Although it is still not clear whether ransom was paid for her release or not, the victim has since been reunited with her family.

The victim, Victoria Rabo, was kidnapped alongside 3 others, including her husband, while at home at the staff quarters of the Federal Airports Authority, Heipang, in Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau State, in the early hours of Friday, March 26.
The husband and the other staff were able to escape from the abductors, leaving the housewife behind.
