There are strong indications that the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Abdullahi Adamu may have resigned his position following his absence at the Emergency Meeting of the National Working Committee currently in progress at the Headquarters in Abuja.
Deputy National Chairman North, Abubakar Kyari is presiding over the ongoing National Working Committee meeting.
Kyari has also taken over the parking space reserved for the Chairman in the National Headquarters.

There were concerns on Sunday night that Adamu and the National Secretary Iyiola Omisore resigned on Sunday though there was no confirmation from relevant authorities on the development.
Omisore however, briefly showed up at the meeting but left the National Headquarters premises at about 12.10 Monday afternoon.
