The Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, has directed the immediate suspension from office of his Chief of Staff, Anthony Agbazuere.
The suspension was announced in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Chris Ezem.

The suspension might not be unconnected with the trending viral video of Agbazuere spraying stacks of naira notes on the controversial Pastor, Chukwuemeka Ohanemerem popularly known as Prophet Odumeje, Indaboski.
Prophet Odumeje had during the week visited Agbazuere at the Government House Umuahia where the viral video emanated from.
The viral video is currently trending on various social media platforms where it has continued to generate criticism.
