About 14,000 Covid-19 cases so far successfully treated in Nigeria

As Nigeria responds to the Covid-19 pandemic it has so far successfully treated 13,999 patients. This follows the discharge of 207 more patients in the last 24 hours.

Meanwhile, the country has recorded 643 new Covid-19 infections in 19 states with the total number of confirmed cases now 34,259.

The new Covid-19 cases are recorded in Lagos-230; Oyo-69; FCT-51; Edo-43; Osun-35; Rivers and Ebonyi-30 each; Kaduna-28; Ogun-27 and Ondo-23. Others include Plateau-20; Benue-17; Enugu-16; Imo-10; Delta-6; Kano-4; Nasarawa-2; Kebbi and Ekiti-1.

Nigeria has reported 6 new Covid-19 fatalities as the death toll rises to 760 in 35 states and Federal Capital Territory.
