The Abuja Federal High Court has granted bail to 8 of Sunday Igboho’s aides in the sum of 5million Naira each, and two sureties in like sum. One of the sureties should be a civil servant resident in Abuja, and a property owner.
The court also granted bail to 4 others in sum of 10 million naira each, and two sureties in like sum.

Sureties must also be resident in Abuja, with one being a civil servant not less than grade level 12.
The four applicants are to appear at the DSS office every first Monday of the month, for three months, starting from September 1st 2021.
The court gave bail on grounds that no charge has been prepared against the applicants since they were detained and kept in custody, on the 1st of July, 2021.
