Accept Covid-19 vaccine and brace up for better days -Imo, Abia State Governors’

Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma has called on Imo residents to ignore the conspiracy theories surrounding the covid-19 vaccine, and go for the injection.

Governor Uzodinma, who made the call In his Easter message to the people said the vaccine will help keep the virus at bay.

He also urged Nigerians to follow the footsteps of Jesus Christ by living a life of sacrifice life and tolerance.

Uzodinma however advised that all the safety protocols should be continually maintained in order to be free from the pandemic.

From Umuahia, the Abia State capital, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has urged the people of the State to brace up for better days ahead.

in his Easter message to the people of the State, Governor Ikpeazu charged them to draw inspiration from the significance of the season which is synonymous with fresh hopes and a brighter tomorrow.

According to him, Easter signifies the victory of Light over Darkness, life over death, and hope over despair.

The Governor stated that Abia is on a journey towards rediscovery to a destination that is sure and settled.

He further promised the people of his total dedication to the task of rebuilding the State and set it on a path of sustainable development.
