The Chairman of the Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF, Audu Ogbeh, says Nigerian political parties are not functioning.
Ogbeh said this while responding to questions from journalists in Kaduna on the state of the nation.
He said even though there is no perfect system anywhere in the world, care must be taken on how political party candidates emerge.
The ACF chairman also noted that party management is poor in Nigeria, stressing that until those appointed by the parties are held accountable, the people will continue to suffer.

Ogbeh noted that zoning should be carried out by the political parties, and devoid of sowing the seed of discord.
