The People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Adamawa State chapter today held its congress in which new executives were elected to run the party’s affairs in the next few years.
Delegates and party stakeholders from the respective local government areas of the state converged on Mahmud Ribadu Square for the congress election.
The State Governor, Ahmadu Fintiri who took part in the exercise told journalists during an interview that all went well.

The new PDP chairman in the state, Hamza Madagali promised to move the party forward.
Some PDP stakeholders who spoke to AIT news, adjuged the exercise as free and fair.
