The Former Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Professor Kingsley Moghalu has lost out in the African Democratic Congress, ADC Presidential primary that held in the early hours of Thursday in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital.
Moghalu who scored 589 votes, lost to Dumebi Kachiku, founder of Roots Television Nigeria, who won the Presidential Primary election with a total of 978 votes.
Other aspirants in the contest include, Chike Okogwu, who stepped down before the commencement of the primary election, Chukwuka Monye who scored t 339 votes and Princess Chichi Ojei who polled 72 votes among others.
Two thousand and forty delegates were accredited and participated in the Presidential primary election.
