The Pan Yoruba socio-cultural group, Afenifere, has appealed to the Federal Government to do everything possible towards restructuring the country.
Members of the socio-cultural group made the call on Tuesday when they paid a condolence visit to the Governor of Ekiti State, Biodun Oyebanji, in Ado Ekiti.
Recall that two monarchs were killed in the state by unknown gunmen about one week ago.
The leader of the team, Chief Korede Duyile, urged the Federal Government to decentralise policing in the country and provide adequate security for the lives and properties of Nigerians.
The governor described the killing of the two monarchs as a sacrilege and promised to work with security operatives to prevent a recurrence.
The governor urged Yoruba leaders to be united to work for the progress of the Yoruba race.
