As the Independent National Electiral Commission (INEC) is set to lift political campaigns across the country on Setember 28th 2022, the electoral umpire wants all the registered political parties to study and pay attention to the provisions of the constitution, the Electoral Act and the Police Act and the Public Order Act for proper and peaceful conduct of political campaigns.
The National chairman , INEC , Mahmood Yakubu gave the charge monday while declaring open a two day Capacity Building Workshop for INEC Press Corp members on Critical Issues in the Electoral Act 2022 and the Commission’s processes, innovations , preparations for the 2023 General Election.
