The Nigerian Air force Officers’ Wives Association NAFOWA says it is prioritizing the welfare of people living with disabilities noting that they are exceptional people with lots of potential for the good of the society.
President of the association, Rekiya Abubakar said this during a humanitarian outreach where over one hundred tricycles and other food items were distributed to Persons With Disabilities.
The NAFOWA president says the outreach will extend to all the thirty six states and the federal capital territory

The Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Hassan Abubakar who was represented at the event by the Chief of Administration of the Air Force Headquarters Abuja says the intervention was timely.
