The Federal Government says bids will open for expression of interest for technical partners on the national carrier on March 8th.
It also plans to complete the concession of the four international airports in the second quarter of the year.
The Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, revealed that the Transaction Adviser will request for proposal on March 7, while bid submissions will begin from March 8.
Responses to the requests are expected in a few weeks, before the announcement of the winning bidder.

Sirika noted that the government will retain a five per cent airline share, and will proceed with the Air Operators Certificate which has commenced, while the interim board members are a mix of Nigerians and foreigners.
The aviation minister said transaction advisers for the concession had finished the Outline Business Case and had got the Request for Qualification and had pre-qualified the people issued a Request for Proposal.
He also explained that the timetable for the first quarter of the year is ready, but will certainly end in the second quarter when all the airports will be concessioned.
