The Anambra State Chapter of the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, has denied DAAR Communication PLC, owners of Africa Independent, AIT, and Raypower FM access into the venue of its party’s governorship primaries.

AIT crew got to the venue of the primaries early enough for accreditation but were turned back by organisers who preferred to accredit only the Anambra State government house press Corp to cover the event.
AIT’s correspondent, Chukwumah Egwu, reported that the venue of the governorship primary and major streets are surrounded by fearfully armed security personnel positioned.
