Akpabio appoints leaders of Senate Standing Committees

President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio

President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio has set up eight standing committees with appointment of Chairmen and deputies with Titus Zam Tartenger (Benue North West) and Opeyemi Bamidele (Ekiti Central) for Rules and Business.

Chairmen and Deputy Chairmen of other Senate Committees include Sunday Karimi (Kogi West) and Williams Eteng Jonah (Cross River Central) for Senate Services; Okechukwu Ezea (Enugu North) and Ibrahim Mustapha (Kwara Central) for Code of Conduct and Public Petitions.

Others are Adaramolu Raphael (Ekiti South) and Salisu Afolabi (Ogun Central) as Chairman and Deputy for
Senate Committee on Media; Adeola Soloman Olamileken (Ogun South) and Ali Ndume (Borno South) for Senate Committee on Appropriation.
