The ongoing trial of the former Central bank of Nigeria CBN Godwin Emefiele, over alleged graft continued Friday before Justice Rahman Oshodi.
The sitting which lasted for several hours did not have the prosecuting witness enter the dock for a cross Examination by the defence team who faulted the sudden presentation of a supporting document in court before the sitting by the counsel for the EFCC, Rotimi Oyedepo.
