The prime suspect, chidinma ojukwu alongside her sister ,chioma and one adebayo appeared before justice adesanya tusday where they pleaded not guilty to the charges brought before them.
Chidinma and adebayo had an eight count charge bordering on murder,stealing and forgery. Her sister, chioma egbuchu was charged for receiving late ataga’s iphone 7 phone.
The state government represented by the director of public prosecution, olayinka adeyemi asked the court to give a date for trial and to order a further remand of the first two defendants in custody.
Chidinma was represented by her counsel, o. Egwu. Justice adesanya later adjourned the matter to 9th november for trial.
