Movement of electoral materials and ad-hoc staff to various polling units in Idemili North LGA has been delayed due to lack of vehicles for transportation.
Voting has however since commenced in Obosi where at the town hall there was low turnout of voters.
The place also serves as the camp for INEC ad-hoc staff where most of them are waiting to be transported to their various polling units to conduct the Anambra State Governorship election. The movement of materials to other polling units was slow as there few vehicles.

Also at the Obosi Central Unit, voters complained of malfunctioning of the card reader.
