Three members of the #EndBadGovernance protesters have been released from the Kuje Correctional facility, having perfected the bail conditions handed them by Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court in Abuja.
They are; Michael Adaramoye, Opaluwa and Sodiq Musiu.
This brings to 6 persons who have been allowed to go, leaving 4 of them who were also arraigned and granted bail same day.
This was confirmed to ait.live by their lawyer, Marshal Abubakar, who noted that the another 4 persons who have not been granted bail, had filed an application for bail variation which would be heard on Friday, October 4, 2024.

Justice Nwite had granted the 10 protesters bail on September 11, to the tune of N10 million each and two sureties in like sum, who must be resident in Abuja and must be property owners.
The trial Judge also held that both the defendants and their sureties must deposit their international passports and three recent passport photographs with the Court, and that the defendants must not participate in any public rally throughout their trial.
