The Ruling All Progressives Congress has restated that its existing Zoning arrangement for national working committee positions across states within the geopolitical zones remains valid and applicable to the upcoming National Convention.
National Publicity Secretary of the party Felix Morka gave the clarification in a statement on Monday.
The explanation of Morka may have been necessitated by mounting allegation of injustice within the party generated by the refusal of the party to sell nomination forms to some aspirants ahead the March 27 National Convention of the party.
The APC statement explained that the guidelines is contained in the APC 2026 schedule of Nationwide Congresses, National Convention and related activities.
