Youth leaders of All Progressives Congress, APC, in Southwest have warned the party leadership against plots to shift the national convention of the party beyond February 2022.
The youth leaders who stated this in Akure, Ondo State capital, called on the party’s leadership not to compromise the calibre of persons who would aspire for leadership positions during the convention.
The youths from the six states of the Southwest region maintained that only sound and competent members of the party, with requisite experience, should be allowed to take over the leadership of the party at the national level.

The youth Leaders also advocated the need for the party to consider youths for major positions during the national convention.
They noted that the next national convention of the party may either make or mar the party
