The Appeal Court sitting in Benin City will deliver judgment this Thursday by 5 pm in an appeal filed by counsel for the All Progressives Congress, APC, and the now-suspended National Party Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole asking the appellant court to strict out the Federal High Court order restraining the APC from taking any action concerning the direct mode of governorship primaries in the state.
