Arewa Youths Urge G-5 To Withdraw Offensive Statement On Atiku

A Non-Political Organization Arewa Youth Concern has Called on the G-5 to retract its recent statements allegedly insulting Former Vice President And 2023 PDP Presidential Candidate Atiku Abubakar and Northern Region where the former Vice President Come From.

The Group made the call during a Press Conference held in Bauchi state North East Nigeria.

Following some recent utterances made by Some members of the G-5 against the former Vice President and 2023 PDP Presidential Candidate Atiku Abubakar, The Arewa Youth concern has called for the immediate withdrawal of the statement describing it as insulting and provocative

Addressing journalists on the allegations, Leader of the group comrade Abubakar Hamma Galafi said the move was to register their displeasure on the comments attributed to the G-5

They Called on those responsible to withdraw their earlier statements in the interest of peace and unity of the country.

The Arewa Youth therefore enjoined all political parties, government institutions as well as civil society organizations to remain steadfast in championing the cause of national interests instead of engaging in baseless insults and comments which will end up causing hatred and division
