The various security operations being carried out by the Nigerian Defence Headquarters are beginning to yield positive results across the country.
The Director of Defence Media Operations, who disclosed this in Abuja, said over one hundred kidnapped victims have been rescued, while several terrorists have been arrested across different theatres of operation nationwide.
The Director of Defence Media Operations stated that significant progress was recorded during the month under review.

He explained that the presence of the United States military is aimed at supporting the Nigerian Armed Forces in building the capacity of its personnel to effectively address current security challenges confronting the nation.
The Director also enumerated the various theatre operations and emphasised the need for cooperation with relevant security agencies and stakeholders to enhance operational success.
