The military legal team representing the Nigerian Army at the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry says should the outcome of the investigation indict any of the officers and men, it will seek legal intervention to challenge the report.

The team stated this while submitting the report of its appearance before the panel to the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant-General Tukur Buratai in Abuja. It insists that its appearance at the panel was to throw more light on what transpired during the incident.
