The Nigerian Army has reiterated its commitment to the continuous training and retraining of personnel as part of efforts to strengthen national security and enhance military operations across the country.
Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede, made this known at the graduation ceremony of 604 specially trained troops in Kachia, under the Army training programme, Exercise Restore Hope.

The graduating troops, drawn from various units and formations of the Nigerian Army, were carefully selected to form a formidable Special Forces team.
They received training in marksmanship, precision targeting, advanced weapon handling, and tactical operations.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony in Kachia, the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede, represented by the General Officer Commanding One Division, Major General Mayirenso Saraso, commended the troops for their discipline, resilience, and commitment throughout the course.
