The Nigerian Association of Technologies in Engineering ( NATE) has advocated effective policies that would allow HND certificate holders reach the pinnacle of their career in the civil service .
President of the association, Dominic Udoatan, made the call in Ibadan during a conference to brainstorm on how to strengthen and sustain technological codes of ethics and engineering
The conference also sought ways to address challenges in the construction industry.
The theme of the 39th conference which is Sustenance of Technological Code of Ethics and Engineering Standards; A Key for National Development according to the organisers is aimed at ensuring better engineering solutions to National Development
