The Presidential Election Petition Court is set to adopt the final written address of the Peoples’ Democratic Party as the panel resumes sitting this Tuesday.
Presidential candidate of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar is in court alongside the party’s governorship candidate in Lagos State.
The Allied Peoples’ Movement had during the last adjourned date adopted its final written address.
The Chairman of the panel, Justice Haruna Tsamani told parties that a date for judgment will be communicated to them.

The court has until September 16th to deliver judgment on all the petitions in line with the 180 days deadline for the disposal of cases as prescribed by the electoral act.
