Part of the PDP’s demands for the removal of Tinubu as the President-elect is that the election was marred with irregularities.

The party’s petition, dated March 20, was filed within 21 days, as stipulated by law, after the February 25 elections.

The petition has the Independent National Electoral Commission, Bola Tinubu, and the All Progressives Congress as the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd defendants respectively.
