Gridlock on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway

The Federal Government has inaugurated a Special Task Force to address the persistent traffic gridlock in areas undergoing reconstruction and expansion along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

This is the sequel to a stakeholders meeting on Friday involving officials from the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing; Federal Roads Safety Corps, FRSC; Lagos State Traffic Management Agency, LASTMA; Ogun State Traffic Enforcement Agency, TRACE; Nigeria Police Force and the contractor handling the project.
