Three girls have been abducted by bandits in Barkuta village in Bosso Local Government Area of Niger State, North-Central Nigeria.
The girls were abducted shortly after the bandits invaded their village at night.

Gunshots by the bandits scared the villagers, most of who ran away for their lives. There is however no report about loss of lives.
