Bandits have stormed the palace of the Emir of Kagara, Ahmad Attahiru.
The bandits, who came into the town with about 20 motorcycles, 3 on each, shot sporadically to scare the people away from the palace.
Sources said that the gunmen came into Kagara and launched an attack on the market before storming the emir’s palace.

On seeing the bandits, the people ran away to safety.
There is no official statement yet on the number of casualties as at the time of writing this report.
