Bauchi state governor Bala Mohammed has presented the 2023 budget estimate of Over two hundred billion naira before the state house of Assembly.
Governor Bala Mohammed said the budget proposal is focused on the completion of all ongoing projects in the state.
Presenting the 2023 budget tagged “Budget Of Accomplishment and Renewed commitment” before the state house of assembly Bauchi state governor Bala Mohammed accompanied by his deputy Baba Tela and other top government officials gives the break down of the budget estimate.
Being the last Budget of his first tenure, Governor Bala Mohammed said it will give more priority to the completion of all ongoing projects embarked upon by his administration.
The speaker Bauchi state house assembly Abubakar Sulaiman commended the Bauchi state governor for executing key projects in the state promising speedy passage of the budget proposal for sustainable growth and development.

In the budget, over 127 billion naira, representing 57 percent of the entire budget goes to capital project while the sum of over 87 billion naira representing 43 percent is for recurrent expenditure.
